About a week and a half ago, I jogged my way through the Astros Race for the Pennant 5k. It was a nice change of pace to add in some outside-the-gym exercise. I decided to forgo the beer at the end of the run but enjoyed cooling down in Minute Maid Park. Celebrate Good Times

FYI - after a 5K, I would have had the beer...
