Last Wednesday Amy, Aaron, and I went to dinner after working out. Located just a couple blocks from the gym, T'afia was our chosen dining destination which also boasted a Top Chef Masters viewing party. What made this particular soiree so scintillating was the presence of renowned Houston chef, restaurant owner, and Top Chef competitor Monica Pope. We wined and dined and cheered on MP as she vied for the title of Top Chef Master. She won the Quick Fire Challenge and the whole restaurant erupted into cheers. When she barely missed out on a spot in the finale, everyone booed in anger and disbelief. It was a very fun (and delicious) time!Thursday, April 22, 2010

Becky...It sounds like you are having a fun life!!! I love to hear what you're doing.
What a cool outing, Becky! I just love any excuse for good food and wine!
I've been interested in Monica Pope's career since we ate at her original restaurant with you. Pretty darn cool!
